Draworld builds and maintains two core working tools:
- DERC-IAM — an integrated energy–economy–climate assessment model with multi-region economic structure.
- DERC-P — a simulation model of China's power structure at hourly resolution, used for power balance work; the provincial investment and operation optimisation variant (Draworld-P) supplies the price surfaces behind the transparency indices.
